One Year of Ram Mandir’s Pran Pratishtha

India celebrated one year of the historic Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Mandir, which happened on January 22, 2024. Grand Celebrations in Ayodhya

Lord Ram’s birthplace, Ayodhya, was submerged in spirituality and celebration to mark the anniversary. From January 11 to 13, the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra planned a sequence of activities that gathered thousands of pilgrims and visitors from around the world. The celebrations, which showcased the ageless loyalty to Lord Ram, combined rituals, cultural events, and spiritual talks.

Yajna Mandap Rituals

Starting the Agnihotra ceremony twice, from 8 AM to 11 AM and from 2 PM to 5 PM, at the Yajna Mandap on the temple grounds, on January 11 From the Shukla Yajurveda, priests chanted mantras; thereafter, they recited the Ram Raksha Stotra, Hanuman Chalisa, six lakh Shri Ram Mantras. As followers engaged in the holy ceremonies, the spiritual environment connected with loyalty.

Cultural and Spiritual Programs

Different cultural and spiritual events included in the anniversary celebrations enhanced the experience for the followers.

Raga Seva and Bhajans

A highlight was devotional music, which included bhajans, kirtans, and ragas honouring Lord Ram performed by Shri Ram Rag Seva. Performances comprised musical interpretations of the Ramcharitmanas in addition to the recitation of Shri Ram Stuti Shlok from Vinaya Patrika by Goswami Tulsidas.
