In a historic first, Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Christmas celebrations hosted by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India (CBCI) on December 23, 2024.

This marks the first time an Indian Prime Minister has participated in such an event at the headquarters of the Catholic Church in India.
