The BCCI has praised Team India’s historic victory in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. They announced a huge prize of ₹125 crores for the winning squad. Rohit Sharma led well. India won their second ICC T20 World Cup title. They beat South Africa in a tense final in Barbados.

And, they had exceptional talent. They showed these qualities throughout the tournament. Rohit Sharma led them. Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah supported him. In a thrilling final match, India emerged victorious, securing their second T20 World Cup title. Facing off against South Africa, the Men in Blue triumphed by a narrow margin of 7 runs

Hardik Pandya, once criticized, now stands as a hero. He earned the Player of the Match title. He got it for his all-round performance, with an impressive 76 runs and key contributions with the ball.

Kohli, the captain who carried India’s hopes, bid farewell to T20Is on a high note. 

Jasprit Bumrah, recovering from injury, missed the last T20 World Cup. This time, he returned stronger. He took 15 wickets in the tournament, including crucial ones in the final.
