The incident occurred on Tuesday morning when flight 6E897 was en route to Varanasi. The aircraft landed safely at Shamshabad Airport in Telangana at 6:10 am. Fortunately, all 137 passengers on board were unharmed, as confirmed by the Director General of Civil Aviation1.

The pilot detected the technical issue mid-flight and promptly diverted the plane to Hyderabad as a precautionary measure. The airline provided an alternate aircraft to minimize delays, ensuring that passengers could continue their journey to Varanasi.
