New Delhi, November 28, 2024 – A low-intensity blast near a PVR multiplex in Delhi’s Prashant Vihar area Thursday morning saw immediate responses from the local police and intelligence. The blast happened outside a sweet shop. There are minor injuries to the driver of a nearby three-wheeler.

The police and fire trucks that arrived immediately found a white powder-like substance. The area has been cordoned off with a fence, and the police are investigating into the cause of the blast. A similar blast had occurred last month outside a CRPF school in the same locality.

The case is being monitored by the senior officials of police, including an additional commissioner of police. The cops have also sought help from the FBI to crack the case.
