February 14, 2025, marks the 6th anniversary of the Pulwama attack, a day that has come to be known as the Black Day of India. A Tragic Day in Pulwama

On the afternoon of February 14, 2019, a suicide bomber from the terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed Ttargeted a convoy of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) staff on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. Forty troops were sadly lost in the terrible blast, shocking and grieving the country.

Immediate Response and Nationwide Grief

The incident attracted quick criticism from all political angles and the international community. Declaring, “The sacrifices of our brave security personnel shall not go in vain,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised a fierce reaction.
