8 Dead As 2 Trucks Collide Outside Jaipur Petrol Pump

A huge fire broke out early Friday morning outside Jaipur Petrol Pump, Rajasthan. Several people were hurt, and many cars were damaged. Around 5:30 am, a CNG van that was parked at the Petrol Pump caught fire after several trucks crashed into each other.

Witnesses said they saw flames from more than a kilometre away as the fire spread and consumed several cars within a 300-meter area.

Because the explosion was so strong, thick black smoke filled the sky, making it hard for first responders to get to the spot right away.

Official investigations so far show that the fire started when a CNG tanker crashed into some other cars, causing the tanker to explode.

At least eight people have been proven dead, and many more are thought to be dead.

Over 40 people have been hurt, and at least 28 are in serious condition.

Emergency personnel arrived on the site and promptly began extinguishing the fire and providing medical care to the victims. The injured have been taken to local hospitals, where physicians are working furiously to treat them.

Bhajanlal Sharma, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, and Gajendra Singh Khimsar, the Health Minister, travelled to the spot to assess the situation and determine how to assist.

An area dubbed a “green corridor” is built to assist the injury-affected people reach hospitals rapidly. The local administration initiated detailed inquiry into the causes leading to the accident and aftermath fire. The CCTV is being reviewed to learn further.

A school van driver who saw what happened told of the horrible scene and the chaos and fear that broke out as people ran for safety. “On the highway, there was panic and chaos…”When I got closer, I saw people yelling for help and running quickly. I saw a man who was on fire. What we saw was very scary.

The tragic fire outside the Jaipur petrol pump has left a community in mourning and raised questions about safety measures and emergency response protocols. As investigations continue, authorities are working to provide support to the affected families and ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future.
