Squid Game Season 2 Trailer – Lee Jung-jae Returns to End Deadly Games
Netflix has finally launched the much-awaited trailer of Squid Game Season 2, and Lee Jung-jae as Player 456 returns.
In this season, the game will get more intense when the trailer promises that Seong Gi-hun is the only survivor from the first season who returns to the deadly competition for the sole purpose of dismantling the game and saving people’s lives.
This includes the tense confrontation that Gi-hun has with Front Man, played by Lee Byung-hun, while there are new life-threatening tasks designed to test their capabilities. And it doesn’t get any bigger or better than this because now Gi-hun wants to shepherd the new contestants through the games and end this chaos once and for all.
Returning along with Lee Jung-jae is the cast Wi Ha-jun as the detective Hwang Jun-ho and Lee Byung-hun as the mysterious Front Man. Other newcomers are Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, and Jo Yu-ri who will add much more complexity to the drama of Squid Game.
Squid Game premiered its first season in 2021 and took the world by storm, emerging as Netflix’s most-watched show ever, with more than 2.2 billion hours viewed. Squid Game Season 2 is expected to air on December 26.
Audiences will be glued to the screens to find out whether Gi-hun would make it out alive from his mission or if the system take in more victims.
