Bomb Blast in Chandigarh’s Sector 10 Explosive Material Thrown at Residence

Immediately before the blast, CCTV footage shows a man in a white T-shirt running, and then a speeding autorickshaw just barely avoids hitting a car.

The explosion occurred in a posh residential area, with sources indicating that the suspects arrived in an auto-rickshaw.

Authorities think it was a targeted attack because CCTV video shows a man leaving the scene just before the explosion. The spot is being looked into by a forensic team from the Chandigarh police.
